Hi {NAME}! My sister and I have gone absolutely wedding-bonkers looking for venues and dresses! I am sooooooo happy that wedding planning has brought us even closer together. We are both slightly addicted. It's all we can talk about. And by "slightly", I mean I can't even go to bed until 2:30 am because I find myself mindlessly scrolling Pinterest for bridal gowns and wedding floral ideas until my eyelids get heavy. When I was a young girl, I wanted to be either an evening gown designer or a wedding dress designer. So now, to be surrounded by sooooo much tulle, sequins, lace, and sparkles, it's one of the most satisfying things in the world to me! Now, let's talk about all things that'll make you feel good because the theme of the week is to DESTRESS and RELAX! You're 100% allowed to be selfish I know I always tell you to give give give. But it can get super draining, especially if you're not receiving something back to help you recharge. So sometimes, you need to take a moment to give back to yourself. Here's why I think it's totally ok to be selfish: [Why you should be selfish 🔥]( The one thing that scares so many people... So true. Those are the words of my POP Pilates Program Director and certified instructor, Jules. It is never about your body when it comes to this career. It's about WHO YOU ARE. Use the code "EARLYBIRD" to get 15% off your [POP Pilates certification]( as long as you sign up more than 2 weeks prior to the workshop! [Learn more! 💪]( This is how you can be more positive! [5 Stretches to get you Feeling Flexible and Thinking Positively]( I love stretching. It hurts, but in a good way. The same way your confidence hurts when you try something that you think you're going to be bad at. But you know what? If you don't stretch your limits, you'll never know how far you could've gone. Most people only want to try things when they're "ready." But the truth is, you may NEVER be ready! You just have to do it. And you learn along the way. You must keep trying...because that's the ONLY way to get where you wanna go. [Get flexible & inspired 🌸]( Only 15 more Fridays until Christmas?! Shocking RIGHT!? I saw that today and was like whhaaaaaaa!!???? That means you have less than 15 weeks to finish up whatever 2017 new year's resolutions you made. Maybe one of them was to complete a Blogilates calendar! If so, start RIGHT NOW. Here's this month's secret password to unlock the calendar: "back2thegrind" [Follow the plan! 🗓]( [YouTube]( [Facebook]( [Instagram]( [Twitter]( [Pinterest]( Copyright © 2017 Blogilates, All rights reserved.
