Hi {NAME}! This week has been, erm, interesting. I felt like I couldn't say anything without it being taken in the wrong way. So, I wrote how I felt [here]( and I am going to reassess myself. I got a lot of hate for this post... In a super analytical and fairly positive blog post about Taylor Swift, somehow I ended up offending, disappointing, and upsetting people to the point where some decided to publicly announce that they were never going to do my workout videos again and unfollow me from everything. Did I say something wrong? *sigh* [Wanna read it? 🔥]( Stress sucks. Here's how to deal: When I'm stressed (like after I read the comments on my Taylor post), I eat. Like, a lot. I don't know, there's just something comforting about chewing and filling up your belly when you're sad. But other people, like my friend Lisa, don't eat at all when they're stressed! So...what are you ACTUALLY supposed to do when your mind is spinning and you can't focus? How do you control your body, your emotions, your thoughts, and your hunger...and calm down? On the latest episode of Sheroic, we discuss. [Listen to the podcast 🎧]( [Watch the episode 📺]( 5 Ways to Eat an Avocado GUYS GUYS GUYS! Another Cheap Clean Eats in da house!!!
