I haven't been this excited for a workout in a really long time... Hi {NAME}, The start of this week has me rethinking how meaningless some of the things I get angry about are. What's the point of being mad at your parents for something they said when people literally lost their mothers, fathers, brothers and sisters this weekend, without a chance to ever say goodbye? I hope you take some time this week to tell those who are important to you how much you love them. Cherish every moment you spend together. Live your life to the fullest everyday. And do everything you can to spread more goodness into the world...because we so desperately need it. Hate is a sickness. We need to WAKE UP. By this time, I'm pretty sure you've read all about the unbelievable massacre in Las Vegas. My body is stricken with grief and my heart is angry and confused. Why are mass shootings "a thing" in the US? Why are people so desensitized to it? Why aren't we doing anything to stop it?? This is terrorism in our own home by our own people.
