Hi {NAME}! I love the start of the week because of team meetings! They are so great because the Blogifam gets to bounce new ideas off of each other, talk about what we saw online, and what we can do to make POPsters happy! We came up with a REALLY good video series for Halloween...so just you wait! But it's a little early to be talking October, so I'll just stop now! Anyway, ready for some awesome new things to rock your world!? K let's go! This bottle keeps your water ice cold for 24 Hrs...STRAIGHT. Seriously, this bottle is my savior. This big pink one you see right here is 1 LITER (34 oz). Not only is it so pretty that I'm proud enough to carry it around everywhere with me like a fashion accessory, it keeps my water ice cold for 24 hours straight - even when I accidentally leave it a hot car! It's seriously magic! This bottle is my little secret weapon for staying SUPER hydrated. I'm not kidding. Plus, the bottle has NO condensation. So your bag, your desk, your car cup holder - it'll all stay dry. I LOVE THIS. YOU MUST HAVE ONE TOO! [See all bottle designs 💧]( I interviewed Lights & she made me want to work even harder I am so honored to share with you my empowering Sheroic interview with singer-songwriter Lights! She came all the way from Canada to chat with me about her career, the genius marketing behind her new album, and why she once "dumbed herself down" to be taken more seriously by men. (What!? Yeah.) It's an interesting interview and I think you will learn a lot about HOW FAR focused dedication can take you. [Listen to the Podcast 🎧]( [Watch our Interview 📺]( Apparently all anyone cares about are my orange pants [5 Ways to Toned Arms & True Friends]( JK not really. But all those comments on YouTube make me feel like y'all are colored leggings fanatics! I think I need to come out with more bold [POPFLEX]( Today I've got a great arm workout for you guys! I love that we are doing moves for 2 minutes because it gives us time to really get into the exercise and fatigue our muscles. PLUS the 2 minutes gives me just enough time to talk about the vlog subject of the day! Today's topic is how to make friends as an adult. It's hard but it's possible. [Get toned arms now 💪]( Let's discuss "thick". Alright to be completely honest, when I first started seeing articles EVERYWHERE about Rihanna's new "thick" body, I thought it was a new way to describe voluptuous bodies. Then when I checked the comments on Facebook, I QUICKLY realized that the term "thick" is not new at all! It's a term that's been used in the African American community for a long time to describe women with healthy, fuller bodies. Though there were a lot of arguments in the comments about how being called "thick" made them feel (some felt it was empowering, some thought it was insulting) - what I know now is that there's been a DEFINITE beauty ideal shift giving rise to the popularity of a fuller figure over the past couple of years. I think it's so interesting (and weird) how body types can go in and out of style like fashion. Can't bodies just be bodies for goodness sake!? Do we really need to praise and shun? Can't we just love and appreciate? [Read my thoughts on "thick" ðŸ‘]( [YouTube]( [Snapchat]( [Facebook]( [Instagram]( [Twitter]( [Pinterest]( Copyright © 2017 Blogilates, All rights reserved.
