Oops! After I emailed you about my new Fall Meal Plan this morning I realized I should probably tell

Oops! After I emailed you about my new Fall Meal Plan this morning I realized I should probably tell you more about it... It all started back in May when I asked you how I could improve The Family Freezer. I’m always looking for ways to improve and, obviously, you’re the best person to tell me how I can help. I thought you might want another cookbook or a video series, but guess what everyone asked for? Meal plans! I started thinking about how I create my own meal plans and what makes the most sense for freezer meals and came up with something seriously amazing (if I do say so myself). I knew I wanted the recipes to be 1) seasonal, 2) tried-and-true delicious meals that my family loves, and 3) easy to freeze. The cool thing is that all of my recipes can be frozen for at least three months so it makes perfect sense to plan one "season" at a time! [CLICK HERE to see my Fall Meal Plan and buy now.]( (There are only a limited number of coupon codes left. Use code "HEALTHYFALL" to save an extra 10%.) What's included in the Fall Freezer Meal Plan? - 36 healthy and delicious recipes that can be frozen without any cooking ahead of time and then cooked later in your crockpot or stovetop (12 recipes per month, sept, oct, and nov) - Printable grocery shopping lists (one per month and one for all 36 recipes if you’re crazy enough to make all of them at once) - Printable calendars with the meals assigned to days throughout the month (so you don’t even have to think about "what’s for dinner?") - Full nutritional info for every recipe - Color photos of the cooked meals - And more! This week only, the Fall Meal Plan is available for only $24.95 (which works out to less than $9 per month!). When I’m making freezer meals like this, I typically save $200/month or $600 over three months, so this is a no brainer! [Sound good? Click here to buy the Fall Meal Plan and simplify the next few months of your life.]( What’s the catch? It might sound too good to be true, but I promise this is the real deal. I don’t have to pay a printer or publisher, so I'm able to pass on the savings to you. No strings attached. How does the Fall Meal Plan work? Great question! The meal plan includes everything you need to stock your freezer once a month so you can enjoy homemade dinners all month long. You’ll find 12 printable recipes per month, plus the printable shopping list, freezer meal labels, and calendar that tells you when you eat them. All of the recipes can be frozen without any cooking ahead of time, so it only takes me about 90 minutes to prep them for the freezer. How is the Fall Freezer Meal different than what you share in your cookbooks and blog? I’m so glad someone asked this because it’s hard to understand the amazingness of the meal plan until you see it. The meal plan starts with a group of seasonal recipes and then spaces them out over the course of three months with printable calendars that you can edit yourself. Each month includes its own shopping list so you can make all of the meals for that month at one time. (It takes me about 90 minutes to make the meals for each month.) The meal plan also includes a shopping list for all 36 meals if you’re super ambitious (I made all 36 in 4 hours and 40 minutes and then sat on my couch for the rest of the day.). Do the recipes actually taste good? I love this question, because do I look like a girl who would eat something mediocre? Absolutely not! These meals aren’t just good, they are DELICIOUS. I have personally taste-tested, created, and tweaked thousands of freezer meals to come up with a collection of recipes that are delicious enough to make again and again. The recipes in this meal plan are the best of the best that feature ingredients in season this fall. Are all of the meals mushy? Do they all taste the same? I get it. Crockpot recipes have a bad rap. I’m excited to tell you that I spent YEARS creating and tweaking these recipes so they would be healthy, flavorful, and varied. Every month also includes 3-4 recipes that can be made vegetarian, if you want, and 2-4 recipes that can be cooked on your stovetop in case you get sick of your crockpot. Do the meals need to be thawed before cooking? I get it - it’s hard to remember to thaw freezer meals ahead of time and the truth is that I never thaw my meals anymore. I add them to my crockpot frozen or thaw them slightly in water if they don’t fit. One last question - How many servings are in each recipe? Each recipe yields 4-6 servings and it’s easy to increase that number if you add a little bit of extra veggies or meat (or serve with side dishes). If you’re only cooking for 1-2 people and don’t like leftovers, simply split each recipe into two freezer bags and cook in a smaller crockpot (2-4 quarts). Phew! I think that’s it. Are you as excited as I am about the Fall Meal Plan? [CLICK HERE for more info or buy now.]( Let me know what other questions you have!! xo, Kelly P.S. Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
