Hey Friend! I know you need an easy way to make healthy dinners, so here’s my best advice: START SMALL. Pick one recipe to make for dinner this week and buy double the ingredients. That way you can make one for dinner and freeze the other for up to three months. Does that sound doable? [Click here]( to see the list of my 7 favorite crockpot freezer recipes that I usually only share with my eBook Bundle customers. Once you get started, I know you’re going to get hooked! Today? I'm answering the biggest questions I get asked about freezer cooking, so you’ll know that these recipes are the answer you’re looking for... Do your recipes actually taste good?  I love this question, because do I look like a girl who would eat something mediocre? Absolutely not! These meals aren’t just good, they are DELICIOUS. I have personally taste-tested, created, and tweaked thousands of freezer meals to come up with a collection of recipes that are delicious enough to make again and again. (And, yes, I made my family of seven taste-test them too!) Do freezer meals need to be thawed before cooking them? I get it - it’s hard to remember to thaw freezer meals ahead of time and the truth is that I never thaw my meals anymore. I add them frozen to my crockpot (or Instant Pot or oven) or thaw them slightly in water if they don’t fit. How many servings are in each recipe? The servings vary per recipe, but the average is 4-6. If you are cooking for less people, split each recipe into two freezer bags and cook in a smaller crockpot (2-4 quarts). Can I cook crockpot freezer meals in my Instant Pot? Yep. I use my Instant Pot when I have an extra crazy morning and can't manage to get something in the crockpot. If a recipe includes at least a cup of liquid it can be cooked in an Instant Pot pressure cooker. I pressure cook recipes with chicken or sliced beef for 15 minutes and larger cuts of meat (like pot roasts or pork) for an hour. I prefer the natural release over quick release because I think it makes the meat more tender. Let me know what questions you have! I love talking about this stuff! xoxo, Kelly      [BLOG](    [SHOP COOKBOOKS](   [CONTACT](  Sent to: {EMAIL} [Unsubscribe]( New Leaf Wellness, LLC, P.O.
