Hey Friend! How are you? We’re slowly adjusting to a school schedule again and it feels good. I know I’ve sent you a lot of emails lately about our [fall freezer meal plan]( so I want to tell you more about how I fell in love with crockpot freezer meals in the first place. You know I have five kids and an obsession with crockpots, but how the heck did I end up here? It all started in 2012 when I was settling into motherhood with two children. It seemed between work, laundry, cleaning, and cooking there was no time left for the things I really wanted to be doing.  I knew there had to be an easier way. Why not devote some time on the weekend to prepping meals so I could cross that off my list?  I’m really great at organizing, so I decided to channel that skill into simplifying dinner so I could have more free time during the week. I could talk to my husband about his day at work. I could go outside with my kids instead of sending them outside so I could make dinner. I could feel calm at dinnertime instead of frazzled and overwhelmed. After daydreaming of less-stressed evenings, I started making lists of my favorite recipes that could be frozen without any cooking ahead of time. I’d made freezer meals before but most were frozen casseroles that weren’t healthy at all. I realized that by focusing on crockpot recipes I could create my own simple, healthy recipes that were easy to freeze for busy weeknights. I started testing and what I created was so easy and delicious that I had to share! Eventually all of this became The Family Freezer. Hundreds of easy, no pre-cooking, freezer meals that add more hours to your day and help you enjoy, rather than dread, dinner time. Can you help me out? Email me back and tell me what’s motivating you to make freezer meals. Seriously! Email me stuff like this: - What makes it hard for you to cook healthy meals every night? - How would you feel if you had a healthy meal in your crockpot and didn’t have to stress about dinner? - What is your biggest question about my method of freezer cooking? I’ll respond asap. Kelly      [BLOG](    [SHOP COOKBOOKS](   [CONTACT](  Sent to: {EMAIL} [Unsubscribe]( New Leaf Wellness, LLC, P.O. Box 480, Ingomar, Pennsylvania 15127, United States
