Good Morning, Friend! How’s your weekend going? Right now, I’m trying to wrap my head around the fact that my kids will be going back to school this week. Where did the summer go?!? While I’m going to miss my older kids during the school day, I know our whole family is ready for a fall routine. I took advantage of the work I did to create the [fall meal plan]( and went ahead and froze all of September's meals for myself! None of the recipes require any cooking before freezing, so they were very easy to make. I used the pre-made grocery shopping list and freezer meal labels, and they saved a lot of time. When I’m done writing this email I’m going to print the calendar for my fridge so everyone knows what’s for dinner next month! I’m so excited!! What’s so great about these freezer meals? - They’re quick and easy to make. I prepped all 12 meals and cleaned up in my kitchen in a mere 90 minutes. (That works out to less than 8 minutes per meal!) - They’re budget-friendly. I spent $141.52 on groceries. ($11.79/meal with 6 servings) - They’re healthy and delicious! (Most recipes include seasonal ingredients, like bell peppers, carrots, ginger, garlic, escarole, spinach, limes, pineapple) What did I make? - Chicken Fajitas * - Italian Wedding Soup - Japanese Beef Teriyaki * - Beef and Lime Chili †- Spaghetti Squash with Marinara Sauce †- Chinese Sweet and Sour Pork - Cilantro Lime Chicken - Tuscan Steak and Green Peppers - Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps* - Chicken Enchiladas †- Italian Sausage Rigatoni * - Chicken and Pepper Stir Fry * * can be cooked in the crockpot OR on the stovetop for a 15-minute meal †vegetarian option available Imagine: What would your fall be like if you took the plunge and make these meals? I have to tell you that I feel organized and a lot less stressed. :) Are you in? [CLICK HERE for my brand-new meal plan with everything you need to eat healthy this fall!]( (It’s even on sale today!) Questions? Email me back and I'll respond as soon as I can. I hope you have a great day! Kelly P.S.
