31 Healthy Freezer Meals in 5 Hours 👊

  Good Morning, Friend! Do you have anything fun planned for the day? I’m hoping my husband is willing to stay home with our little kids during nap time so I can head to the pool with our older daughters. It’s so much more relaxing being at the pool with kids who can swim! Before I jump into my day, I wanted to tell you about the time that I made 31 freezer meals at once. That might sound like a lot of meals, but it wasn’t that bad because my husband and parents helped entertain our kids and chop the veggies. (Thank you, Mom, Dad, and Andy!) Here's what we made: - Oven Breaded Pork Chops - Oven Cheesy Chicken & Veggie Casserole - Oven Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole - Oven Jalapeno Bacon Mac 'n Cheese (yum) - Oven Roasted Chicken with Honey Lemon Carrots - Oven Sausage & Peppers - Oven Zucchini "Lasagna" (double yum) - Stovetop Chicken & Pepper Stir Fry - Stovetop Creamy Chicken Penne - Stovetop Ground Beef Stroganoff - Stovetop Italian Sausage Rigatoni (one of my favorite recipes) - Stovetop Ranch Popcorn Chicken - Stovetop Rice & Bean Burrito Bowl - Stovetop Turkey Burger Macaroni - Crockpot Chinese Sweet and Sour Pork - Crockpot Indian Butter Chicken - Crockpot Japanese Beef Teriyaki - Crockpot Korean BBQ Chicken (SO GOOD) - Crockpot Lebanese Sweet Potato Lentil Chili - Crockpot Singaporean Chicken Rice Stew - Crockpot Thai Green Curry Chicken - Crockpot Black Bean Enchilada Stack - Crockpot Cheesy Eggplant Bake - Crockpot Mexican Stuffed Peppers - Crockpot Potato Corn Chowder - Crockpot Thai Pineapple Curry - Crockpot Three Bean Chili - Crockpot Tuscan Tortellini Soup - Crockpot Bread Pudding - Crockpot Easy Blueberry Crisp - Crockpot Double Chocolate Cake (delicious!!)
