Good Morning, Friend! What’s new? My two oldest daughters are spending the week with my in-laws for “Grammy Camp” and it sounds like they’re having a ball. It’s fun for my youngest three to be the only ones at home too because they enjoy all of my attention.  It’s a win-win for everyone. Since my brand-new [Ultimate Freezer Meal Prep eBook]( is available for sale, I wanted to tell you about the time that I made 10 healthy meals at once. None of the recipes require any cooking before freezing so I was able to make all of them and clean up my kitchen in only ONE HOUR! I’ve made thousands of freezer meals so I know exactly what takes the most time when prepping meals – PEELING AND CHOPPING FRESH VEGGIES.  I thought about how to decrease that time while still making healthy meals and decided to buy fresh vegetables that can be added to the bags as-is (like baby carrots and spinach) and frozen vegetables.  I also bought pre-packed spice mixes to cut down on measuring time. Here's what I made: - Crockpot Sweet and Sour Pork Chops with stir fry veggies - Crockpot Tomato Basil Chicken with baby spinach - Crockpot Southwestern Chicken Chili with peppers and corn - Crockpot Brown Sugar Bourbon Chicken with green beans - Crockpot Honey Lime Chicken with butternut squash - Crockpot Ground Turkey Tacos with bell peppers - Crockpot Beef Stew with veggies - Crockpot Pot Roast with carrots and potatoes - Crockpot Hamburger Vegetable Soup with peas and carrots - Crockpot Beef Teriyaki with sugar snap peas What’s so great about these 10 meals? - They’re quick and easy to make! All of the recipes were frozen raw so I was able to prep all 10 in one hour. (That works out to only 6 minutes per meal!) - They’re budget-friendly. I spent less than $100 on ingredients ($10/meal.) - They’re healthy and delicious! Are you inspired to do the same? For the first time ever, I’m trying something new and selling this eBook for five days only.  After that, it will disappear (or sit in My Documents until I come up with something else to do with it)...so if you think you might want it, be sure to grab a copy today for only $9.99! :)      [BLOG](    [SHOP COOKBOOKS](   [CONTACT](  Sent to: {EMAIL} [Unsubscribe]( New Leaf Wellness, LLC, P.O.
