This could hold the key to living a much longer, healthier, and happier life. If you are having trouble viewing this email, [click here.]( [Dr. Steven Gundry | Founder, Gundry MD]( {NAME} this might sound bonkers at first… But could a little dose of positivity help you fight the common cold? Well, according to science — the answer is yes. In a recent study, hundreds of people volunteered to be infected with the common cold. Then for the following week, their health was closely monitored. And guess what? Volunteers with a positive outlook were THREE TIMES less likely to develop cold symptoms.1 Pretty incredible, right? So what about the long-term health benefits of staying positive? Well as I’ve written in my books, positive thinking goes a long way! For instance, in one Harvard study involving more than 70,000 adults… Researchers discovered optimists tend to live around 17% longer!2 So how is this even possible? Well, I think we still have plenty more research to do before we get the full picture. But we do know optimists tend to relax more and worry less. Meaning they’re much less likely to experience any of the health risks associated with high stress like heart disease.3 So, I hope you’ll take this as a friendly reminder, {NAME}: Do your best to stay positive, worry less, and take a little time to unwind when you need it. Because it could quite literally help you live a longer, happier life! Looking out for you, Steven Gundry, MD [Steven Gundry, MD]( P.S. Here’s a quick question for you. What’s your favorite way to relax and unwind? Personally, I love walking the dogs with my wife Penny or whipping up a feast in the kitchen. But I’m curious to learn about you. So hit the reply button quickly and let me know your favorite way to unplug. Who knows — I might even take a page out of your book and try it for myself! Sources: 1.
