The Gundry MD family blew me away with these amazing health hacks. Try them for yourself! {NAME}, Al

The Gundry MD family blew me away with these amazing health hacks. Try them for yourself! {NAME}, All I can say is WOW. Because a few days ago, I shared the story of a longtime subscriber who dropped more than 100lbs…  I hope Chellie’s transformation can serve as a source of inspiration for the entire Gundry MD family! And in light of her extraordinary story, I asked the Gundry MD family a question:  “What would you say if someone struggling with their health asked YOU for advice?” And the answers you gave were phenomenal. In fact, I’m so impressed with your wealth of knowledge that I simply have to share a few nuggets with you. I’ll start with Brian, who shared a great tip for anyone looking to get in shape.  “My advice to someone who is struggling with weight, would be to do whatever you can stick to CONSISTENTLY. Trying to adhere to any program that does not fit your lifestyle is destined for failure. Try different approaches and see what fits you best.” — Brian This is excellent advice! I can’t tell you how many times people come into my office for help after trying and failing hardcore crash diets. But everything changes when I sit down with them and figure out a plan they can follow sustainably. Even if you’re starting with small changes… You’ll be stunned at how the effects of consistent health habits can quickly add up over time. And Patsy shared a wonderful tip to help you make those small, health-promoting changes…  “I like to plan meals ahead, even if it is only for 1 day. That way, you’re more likely to stay healthy and not fall off track grabbing something quick.” — Patsy I love this tip! Because it’s one of those simple habits that can make an extraordinary difference in how you look and feel. A lot of people opt for fast food or unhealthy snacks out of convenience… But when you already have delicious and healthy options planned — whether that be in your fridge, your car, or at work — you’re a lot more likely to make smart choices that take you closer to your goals day after day. Now, even if you do occasionally “indulge” in foods you’d usually avoid — Christine and Celeste shared some excellent advice.  “I thought it was a sign of weakness to not be able to lose weight and get healthy on my own, so for years I tried on my own with “up and down” results. I realized I needed to seek some professional help. It’s not a sign of weakness.” — Christine  “I think my bit of advice is no matter how alone you may feel, you are never alone. There are many around you struggling just like you are — we need to take care of each other.” — Celeste I know we’ve all needed to hear this at one point or another. It’s easy to beat yourself up when you’re not seeing the progress you’d like. But always remember: Wanting some help is NOT a sign of weakness. And you are NEVER alone on your health journey. So the next time you feel a little overwhelmed, just know that myself and the entire Gundry MD community are here rooting for you every step of the way. Which brings me to some inspiring words from Candace and Tyler.  “My best advice and the advice I give myself… NEVER QUIT GETTING BACK ON TRACK!” — Candace  “My simple piece of advice is that better health is ALWAYS possible. Even in your most hopeless moments, remember you’re just a few lifestyle changes away from feeling young, strong and active! It can all start with choices you make today.” — Tyler These are real words of wisdom for us all to keep in mind. I see patients all the time in my practice who are just about ready to give up on feeling healthy. For some, it’s been decades since they last felt slim, confident, or sexy… Which is why it’s always thrilling to see the look on their faces when they make a HUGE turnaround they never thought was possible. So if you ever feel down about your health, please let me assure you: Change is ALWAYS possible. You CAN feel slim, strong, active, and full of life again. At any age. I hope the tips I share in these emails can help give you a little nudge to get there. And if you know someone who's struggling with their health, I’d encourage you to forward this email to them… Because these tips could make a major difference in the way they look and feel. Now finally, I have to say, thank you. I got a real kick out of reading your replies. But more importantly, I know that sharing a few of these gems could help change thousands of lives. So I hope you got something out of them like I did. :) Looking out for you, Steven Gundry, MD [Steven Gundry, MD] P.S. If you’re wondering — it’s not too late to share your answer! So if you didn’t get a chance to respond to my last email, or just want to shoot me another response (which is always more than welcome)... Simply reply to this email and let me know:  What would you say if someone struggling with their health asked YOU for advice? Even if it’s just a few words, I’d love to hear your answer.
