Do you trust me, {NAME}?  I know it’s a lot to ask. Especially with all the overblown and outright false promises you get day after day from other people online.  Also, there are different degrees of trust.  You may “trust” me when it comes to helping you grow your freelance business…  But you wouldn’t “trust” me to take care of your infant for a week while you were on vacation. (Which is probably a smart move, since I have no experience caring for a child yet lol.)  At a minimum though, my goal is for you to believe I will actually do what I say I am going to do.  Let me give you an example.  Last month, I mentioned I would be opening space in my private freelance coaching program.  I also mentioned that I would give early access to the freelancers on the waitlist for the program.  And most importantly, I said that there was a real risk it could sell out to the waitlist during early enrollment — before I ever open it to the public.  Now you may have thought that this was “fake scarcity.” (Which is when a sales person pretends that supplies are more limited than they actually are to pressure a customer into making a purchase.)  And I don’t blame you, either.  Fake scarcity is a common tactic a lot of unethical marketers use to increase their sales.  So you have every right to question my motives when I say my private coaching program could sell out during early enrollment…  But it’s also why I had to send you this email.  Remember, I want you to believe I will actually do what I say I am going to do.  And when I said that private coaching could sell out during early enrollment…that’s exactly what happened.  I opened the doors to the waitlist last week. And within a few days, all the spots were gone.  So if you thought I was creating “fake scarcity” when I mentioned it could sell out…I’m sorry.  The program is now full. ([You can check the sales page]( if you don’t believe me.)  But the good news is, if you didn’t before…  At least now you hopefully believe I will actually do what I say I’m going to do.  Since that’s the first step to building long-term trust together.  Until next week,  -Brian  P.S. I don’t know when I will have more space for private freelance coaching students. But there’s always a chance someone drops out in the next month or two and I will have an opening.  So if you want to be the first to know when more space opens up, you can [click here to instantly join the waitlist](.
