“NC Supreme Court sets February 2 redistricting hearing” - Associated Press {NAME}, Despit

“NC Supreme Court sets February 2 redistricting hearing” - Associated Press {NAME}, Despite the rosy outcome for Democrats in NC-14, North Carolina's redistricting process has been a total disaster. The new maps are full of brazen attempts to silence the voices of millions and keep Republicans in power. We just got word that the North Carolina Supreme Court would hear an appeal to overrule these new maps. This is good news, but it could delay the primary election even further, and adds even more confusion to an already chaotic process. It infuriates me to no end that Republicans talk a big game about voter confidence, and yet are the most responsible for sowing confusion and chaos in our electoral process. If they actually cared about elections integrity, they wouldn't draw these unfair maps in the first place. [No matter how things shake up, we need to be ready, and there's never been a better chance to break the GOP's stranglehold on Western North Carolina than in the coming 2022 midterm election. Please rush in $3 to keep building momentum in NC-14 so we can flip this seat.]( If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately: [Chip in $10 Now]( [Chip in $35 Now]( [Chip in $50 Now]( [Chip in $100 Now]( [Chip in $250 Now]( [Another amount]( Thanks for your support, Eric [Donate]( Eric Gash is a teacher, pastor, former professional football player, and high school football coach running to flip NC-14 blue.
