By the time you’re reading this, I’m most likely resting after my procedure . Hey Friend,

By the time you’re reading this, I’m most likely resting after my procedure (which took place yesterday, Thursday). Hey Friend, You know I’m always insanely transparent with you, right? Well, every week I write this newsletter the morning of. Even during both of my kids’ wedding weekends this year! That’s how, for me, I’m able to keep you up-to-date and in the moment with whatever is top of mind. But today’s email… was written a few days ago. Why? My 2nd Surgery By the time you’re reading this, I’m most likely resting post surgery (which took place yesterday, Thursday). How serendipitous that — with the guidance of a plastic surgery consultant I trust — I found a doctor in NYC (where I happen to be living for a month) to assist in repairing the damages done to my body last year. No need to recap the infamous plastic surgery nightmare experience because you’re a lifer and I know you know. However — be on the lookout next week for all the latest in my recovery. Money Mindset You may have noticed lately that I’ve dedicated several recent episodes of The Chalene Show and seemingly endless IG Stories to the topic of money mindset. Let’s just say that when I become fascinated by certain subjects, I can’t NOT dig myself into a deep rabbit hole and learn everything there is to know. Ummm, ADHD much? But I have no regrets on hyperfocusing on this topic because, more than most, it truly changes one's life. Monday’s episode Because I have been flooded with questions re: the logistics of Money 101, I asked Bret to take the mic for this show. It’s his system that is legit our family's #1 source of income — above all revenues from our businesses — over the last 20 years. For decades he has been personally helping our friends and associates with their finances (as a passion project). Trust me, this ep is a CAN’T-MISS! Topics include: credit cards, buying a home, what to invest in, etc. Wednesday’s episode I answer the question I receive most when it comes to mindset… "Chalene, I get that it might be me that’s holding myself back. That I probably have subconscious limiting beliefs when it comes to money. So, how do I really actually and definitively change my thoughts around money? Help!" Sneak peak: It’s not about affirmations, self awareness, or The Secret. If it were, wouldn’t everyone be a millionaire by now? Allow me to break it all down for you in a way I, personally, haven’t heard done before! You can listen to [BOTH shows RIGHT HERE!]( To you living a life of abundance! Love you, mean it. Chalene P.S. Tbh, I can’t think of a better sister to Money Mindset than… PUSH Journals! [image]() (talk about mindset!) This is the system Bret and I use to bring all the good fortune we’re blessed to have (for decades!) into our lives... I’d like to point out: ONE: By ever popular demand, the Queen Bee is back for a limited time! [image]() Are you dying? She is sold as a set only because she’s queen and that’s how she flies. If you’re the queen of your hive (and I know you are), [you must pick up a set!]( TWO: Build your very own bundle with 3 journals of your choice and save over 20%!!!!
