Hey , 1. FAVORITE FIND OF THE WEEK: You guys, I have to share my latest obsession: [the HOVERAir Self-Flying Camera](. This little drone is like having a personal photographer/aerial videographer, in your pocket! I’m dying over how cool this thing is! It's incredibly lightweight and folds up so you can literally take it anywhere. What I love about it is its simplicity; you don't need a pilot's license to get amazing aerial shots. Not cheap, but compared to other drones, this one is a steal priced under $500; it’s a fantastic value with features like HDR video capture, follow-me mode, etc. It will zoom out to 30 feet and come right back to you like a boomerang. I kept seeing it on TikTok and wondered if it would really work. Well, it does! I'm having so much fun with it and have been capturing some incredible shots for my IG stories and reels. It weighs practically nothing, which is great, but it feels a bit fragile so I have to be extra careful not to crash it. (Lord knows I am very clumsy and accident-prone so fingers crossed)! 2. WHAT I’M WATCHING: This week, I dove into a N3tflix series that's as fascinating as it is thought-provoking. It's called "[Unlocked]()," and it’s about a bold social experiment within a jail setting. Imagine this: a group of 50 incarcerated men—yes, we're talking serious offenders, murderers even, serving life sentences—used to being isolated in their cells for 23 hours a day. The sheriff in this experiment decides to conduct a social experiment: what if these men were treated with more respect and given more freedom? How would they react? What's fascinating about "Unlocked" isn't just the peek into the daily lives of these inmates, but how their social structures evolve under these conditions. Contrary to what you might expect, the divisions aren’t along racial lines but rather by age—'old heads' versus 'youngsters.' I'm hooked on seeing how these small changes in their environment could lead to bigger changes in their behavior. 3. LET'S TALK ABOUT IT: [Today’s episode of The Chalene Show](=) is all about the most common intermittent fasting mistakes, especially those that trip up women over 40. Extreme fasting methods like eating only one meal a day (OMAD) often backfire. Let's unpack why this is not the way forward, how undereating protein can lead to muscle mass loss, and understand the impact of late-night meals on your sleep and weight loss efforts. It’s all about respecting your body's needs and promoting a sustainable lifestyle change, ensuring you’re not just losing weight, but doing so healthily and effectively. = Avoiding these fasting faux pas requires a mix of scientific understanding and common sense. Intermittent fasting isn't just about restricting when you eat; it's about making informed choices that support your body’s needs. Join me as I guide you through setting up a fasting schedule that enhances your health without adding unnecessary stress, focusing on getting adequate protein, and aligning meal times to support your body's natural rhythms.
