GOP Congressman admits their top priority is getting Trump re-elected. {NAME}, Â I caught this clip

GOP Congressman admits their top priority is getting Trump re-elected. {NAME},  I caught this clip on CNN the other day and had to shake my head. Here’s Republican congressman Troy Nehls admitting, outright, that the top priority for the Republican majority is getting Donald Trump re-elected: [An animated gif of a video clip of Rep. Troy Nehls (TX) admitting “Everything that we do in the House of Representatives should be in the best interest of getting Donald Trump re-elected.” At the end he holds up his tie, with photos of Donald Trump printed on it, and adds: “This guy right here.”]( It’s bad enough the Republican Majority all this last year has been so dysfunctional they can’t get anything done. Under Republican leadership, the House only passed 34 bills in all of 2023 compared to HUNDREDS in a typical year.  But now we have a Republican congressman admitting that their top priority is NOT helping American families, building critical new infrastructure, supporting small businesses, lowering the cost of healthcare or aiding our allies overseas.  Their #1 goal is getting Donald Trump back in office.  Now here’s the good news: Republicans are barely clinging to a single-seat majority right now. If we take back the House majority we can put an end to this dysfunction and get Congress back to work protecting reproductive freedoms, securing voting rights, investing in good jobs, and shoring up union power!  [Vortex has four bold Democrats on the ballot, hand selected by YOU, ready to flip all four seats here in Arkansas. Can you chip in $25, $50, $100 or more today to help me elect good, common-sense Democrats who have their priorities straight?]( If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately: [  Express Donate: $25  Â]( [  Express Donate: $50  Â]( [  Express Donate: $100 Â]( [  Express Donate: $250 Â]( [  Express Donate: $500 Â]( [  Donate Other Amount: Â]( Nehls and Arkansas’ own Rick Crawford are among the 147 Republicans who voted to overturn the 2020 election results AFTER a violent mob stormed the Capitol and threatened to hang the vice president.  The last time Donald Trump tried to cheat his way out of losing the election, it failed. But we can’t have these folks in charge the next time there’s a presidential election to certify.  We only need to flip a few seats to take back the House and stop another January 6th style government overthrow attempt.  [Your contributions today will help us recruit and train the army of volunteers our candidates will need to win in November and stop these threats to our democracy.](  Let’s go!  Dr. Chris Jones [Support Vortex PAC >>](      Vortex PAC is a new grassroots movement to transform Arkansas politics away from the far-right.
