Hey {NAME} A lot of people over-hype ‘longevity’ supplements that don’t have a lot of merit. For years, researchers hyped up resveratrol, only for us to find out that, although a beneficial supplement, it’s not the longevity powerhouse that we once thought it was. Most of the time, longevity supplements are focused on one, specific ingredient that has some isolated studies in it’s favor. Usually they are good, and probably have merit, but candidly a lot of times it is weak science. That’s why I’m so impressed by [Qualia Senolytic.]( Qualia Senolytic is a compound designed to help with what is called "cell senescence." And it’s also a clinically tested formula, with mountains of research backing up every ingredient in the formula. Senescent Cell science has really been the ‘aging breakthrough’ of the last decade or so. But we’re learning more and more about WHEN we want to stop senescent cells, and when we want them to THRIVE (mainly when we are younger). So your body constantly makes new cells, and eliminates old worn out cells (which are called senescent cells). It’s almost like your body "prunes" old cells away to keep you youthful, the way a gardener prunes old yellow leaves off a plant to make room for young healthy growth. But once you get into your 30’s and beyond, your body can’t "prune" your old senescent cells as efficiently as it used to. So senescent cells start accumulating in you, leading to ALL SORTS of accelerating aspects of aging. Basically, imagine if a pruned tree never really grew new leaves, but only grew bare branches… life but without much function or beauty. Luckily, in the last decade, major medical institutions like Mayo Clinic and Scripps have been looking at various ingredients that may actually help your body eliminate senescent cells! [Qualia Senolytic]( legitimately uses 9 of these compounds that they have been looking at. So in theory, they help your body eliminate senescent cells. I could point to a bunch of literature supporting this, but honestly, people get tired of me just rambling about studies. It’s too easy to cherry pick research to support something, so I base more on my own personal experience. I personally feel the subtle differences mark the difference between "feeling 35" and "feeling 25" when I take it - I seem to recover faster between workouts - I don’t seem to fatigue as much mid afternoon - And a big one for me, my body feels a bit more mobile and I am able to get loose faster. There aren’t a whole lot of generally versatile tools that I would recommend. I wouldn’t say "I couldn’t live without it," because obviously I could. But it is definitely not something I would not want to have access to. I would be bummed if I could never get my hands on it again. Right now, [Qualia Senolytic is up to 50% off through this link,]( and code TDSENO at checkout will score you an additional 15% off. My Goal is to make 40 the new 30. A lot of changes happen between 35 and 40 years old, and I am doing everything I can to FEEL 30 when I turn 40. I don’t want to live to be 150 per say, but I want to feel 50 when I am 80, and I want to feel 40 when I am 50… you catch my drift. BTW - the literature on senescent cells suggests that they ARE NOT BAD. It is just the fact that our body has a hard time dealing with a surplus of them. I have used this example before, but think of them like clones of yourself…. Except… when clones start to go rogue, they’re problematic. They start eating your food, start stealing your clothes, etc, etc. So we want senescent cells. They can help us kill pathogens and make us feel good… but when they are too much, that is when it is the problem. So please do not let marketing propaganda make you think that senescent cells are this terrible thing. They are a beautiful gift. We just need to be healthy and keep our cells in check so that it doesn’t get out of hand. See you tomorrow! Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
