A suicide bomber has killed around 50 people, and injured about 157 others, at a mosque in northwestern Pakistan. Most of the people killed were police officers at a police headquarters building in Peshawar that was located in a [high-security zone]( with other government buildings. The Pakistani Taliban, known as Tehreek-e-Taliban (TTP), have claimed responsibility for the attack, stating that the [blast was ârevengeâ]( for the death of one of its members, Khalid Khorasani, last year.
