It’s Monday morning and it just hit me…I have an event coming up in 3 days :-) CRAZY! People from all over the world will be attending and learning all about building their brand and accelerating their business growth. Plus, their mindset will be shifted to identify (TAM) Take Action Moments that will have a ripple effect for the long term. I have an entire session dedicated to TAM and my special secret project that I can't wait to share with the world. Important side note: Next Monday I will be sharing this session on the podcast and the BIG reveal of what I've been working on for the past 13 months. But, today let's talk about Brand Building You have probably noticed how over the past 2 years I’ve been really hammering the point home about this stuff. My question to you is…are you focused on building a brand? I don’t mean finding random products to sell on Amazon, I mean the bigger picture. Here’s some questions to ask yourself to see if you are or not. 1. What market are you serving? (Ex. Bass Fishing Market - Better Sleep Market) 2. Are you creating content to attract people in your market? (helps them or educates) 3. Are you building an email list to cultivate (build bond) in your market? 4. Are you offering 3 to 5 similar products to the market? (affiliate products or your own) 5. Are you Taking Action consistently? Answer those questions and you’ll get an idea of where you are falling short. So many people think they are building a brand if they have 2 products selling on Amazon and they have a store front page with a logo. That is not a brand. Think about a product you recently purchased after doing research or collecting information to help you in one way or another. This literally just happened to me yesterday and the funny thing is, I’m going to share it at [Brand Accelerator Live]( one of my sessions now. I had been interested in this product about 8 months ago, but never bought it. Yesterday, I seen a friend of mine posted a pic on Instagram. I then clicked over to the website and got lost in the education on their blog. But, I didn’t buy the product. Yet :-) Then about 4 hours later I was on FB and a retargeting ad came up in my feed. They offered $50 OFF for the next 3 days. I think I’ll be buying today :-) You see, it took over 8 months and now I’m ready to buy. Most Amazon only businesses are only looking for immediate sales and this is where YOU can stand out and go after the other 95% that will buy in the future. Building a brand is not hard, but it does take understanding the core pillars and then of course Taking Action! Today’s podcast episode is with Mike Kim, who’s a Branding Expert. He’s also a genius when it comes to writing emails and he ended up giving a Master Class on the 2nd half of the podcast. [This is a Must Listen Here!]( Ok, I gotta run and get ready for a couple hundred people showing up at Brand Accelerator Live :-) Have an AMAZING day! Remember, I’m rooting for ya Scott P.S.
