... consistent lead flow for over 4 years... Friend, Back when Chris and I were kicking off our first agency (Local Oxygen) the biggest challenge like it is for most people was generating leads. We had just developed a signature offer the "B.O.S.S marketing solution" which was a killer system but we needed a way to attract the ideal prospects. My MO is always build a list so you can follow up with them. So I came up with the idea of a Google+ Local (as it was back then) strategy guide as a lead magnet. Chris wrote a lot of the content as he's the bone fide GMB expert and I did the cover and all the marketing funnel. This is an example of the guide below that generated over 3,600 leads at an average 61.7% Optin rate. [image] More than 78% of all our new clients were coming from that one PDF guide! Of course it wasn't just the PDF that generated those clients, it was the funnel and the follow up that did a lot of the heavy lifting. The big point I'm making here is that having a great Client magnet and simple funnel can transform your business and give you a consistent flow of new prospects daily. This was probably the biggest factor that smoothed out the feast/famine factor most people experience by always having a full pipeline. But, before you go and whip up a shiny new client magnet, there's a very specific formula to make it work like this which I'll share in an upcoming email. Here's what's really cool. We created that guide in just a couple of days but it continued to generate leads on autopilot for almost 4 years! That's what I call an awesome ROI. Talk soon, Andy 'client magnet' Kelly P.S. I'm thinking of putting together a workshop on creating your perfect Client Magnet and follow-up system. Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
