...9 out of 10 prospects say yes to this Hey, it's Andy dropping by with a couple of gold nuggets for ya! I must confess I haven't shared this outside our private inner circle members before but I think it'll really get the creative juices going for you. Lets just say it, cold outreach sucks and can be a massive waste of time and energy... But, there is a way to make it incredibly high converting if you follow this method! Short story long:-) This is one big breakthrough I had when trying to land Dentist clients a number of years ago and worked so well I had to put the brakes on it. So I'd been in the Dental industry for around 10 years selling super high tech equipment and Dental practice management software systems working with hundreds of Dentists and getting to know how their practices ran from the inside out. Installing and training on the software gives unparalleled insight to their numbers and patient metrics, which turned out to be a goldmine later on when I left the Dental company and went out on my own doing the marketing for them. Back when I first started marketing Dentists it was the usual SEO and traffic generation to get new patients for them, but it was a tough ask to get much traffic for these guys, Google Ads were super competitive and there just wasn't a whole lot of search traffic, certainly nothing that the Dentist would high-five me for. I basically got to the point where I was totally stuck just trying to sell them a basic low ticket services and cold outreach just bombed! So what to do? This is where the Dental insider knowledge paid off in a big way. For example most of the practices I worked with had around 5,000 to 8,000 patient records on the system with all sorts of data and these people are BUYERS not prospects. There's a monumental difference between a buyers list and leads list, existing buyers are proven to be up to 300% more likely to buy again from you. That's why when you see the typical book offer of just pay for shipping, even though it only costs a few dollars, just that small payment means you're multiple times more likely to buy more. If you've ever tried getting Dentists as clients you'll know it's real tough to get through to the Dentist personally, those practice managers can be like Heimdall the guardian of Asgard in Thor! They aint' letting you through no matter what... So in the spirit of Michael Corleone in Godfather, what I did was make them an offer they can't refuse! That offer was to create a patient reactivation campaign and special offer for some other services to their existing database, for a free. If they liked the results then we could talk about a monthly deal going forward. It's a simple premise... Lead with REAL value. Once I dialed it in I had 8-9 out of 10 dentists say yes to a chat about it compared to 3 in 20 the usual way, and since I knew what to look for we regularly got multiple high value treatments like Crowns, Veneers or Implants to name a couple which resulted in tens of thousands revenue... Happy days! The best part is this works in any business with a customer list and it's sooooo much easier to get results for them.
