We have worked hard on the apps for the last 3 months and made a lot of improvements and bug fixes since the previous versions. Download the app on the App store or Google Play, or click on buttons below. Bunch of new features Over the last year we have been poor at communication and slow with adding new features you were asking for (I will talk about reasons why later in a blog post ). That’s changing for the better now. Here is a bunch of features we have added based on your feedback. And more will be coming. Apart from these we are continuously improving Smartsupp in ways not visible for the eye, but not any less important. For example we are working on migration of our infrastructure to Amazon Web Services. - [New billing]( - your subscription now renews automatically when you pay by card or Paypal. You can turn of auto-renewal at any time in Billing tab. - [Time zone setup]( - review if you have correct time zone set to make sure you see correct times in chats and chat history. - [Office hours]( - set up office hours to make sure Smartsupp chat is never online outside of your opening times (you must have correct time zone set for office hours to work) - [Block chat for spammers]( hide chat for pranksters and annoying visitors based on IP address. - [Ask visitors for phone]( - add field with phone number in pre-chat and offline form. - [Segment offline messages]( - set different email address for offline messages for each group (you need to use groups in order to segment offline messages). - [Improved chat history search]( - search chats of visitors by agent name, group or IP address GDPR - protect privacy of your visitors We work relentlessly to offer you new ways how to enhance privacy of your visitors and make sure you comply with GDPR, the new data protection regulation of European Union. We will send another email about GDPR before 25th May as we update our Terms of Service and publish a DPA (data processing agreement). - [tracking of IP addresses]( - you can disable tracking of IP addresses in Smartsupp chat - [chat history]( - set chat history for 3 or 12 months to limit saving personal data of visitors for unnecessary long period of time - [Notice about personal data processing in chat]( - we now show notice about personal data processing to visitors in Smartsupp chat.
