How These Meal Plans Work This fall, let us do the work for you. â¤ï¸ Every week for 10 weeks, Iâll send you a meal plan that includes: - five dinner recipes,
- a pick-and-choose grocery list,
- a list of prep steps if you want to work ahead a bit.
â All you have to do each week is open your email. Youâll be ready to hit the ground running with cooking for the week! I pulled each set of weekly recipes for these meal plans from our most popular fan-favorite recipes on Pinch of Yum â I selected the ones that are my favorites, from late summer to fall family recipes! As I spent time building these each week, I thought about what would be timely, what recipes would go well together, and, bottom line, what I would personally want to eat in a week. Since Iâm using our most popular recipes to build these plans, the recipes included in the weekly plans have 4.7-star ratings or higher - they are known and loved, tried and true! Frequently Asked Questions What day and time do the meal plans get sent? Weekly meal plans will land in your inbox on Thursday mornings at 8am CT. â When does the first one get sent? The first weekly plan will be sent on September 7. â What types of recipes are included in the plans? On average, each week has 2 vegetarian recipes and 3 meat (chicken, fish, pork, and beef) recipes.
