Here are three things I loved this week: a couple of very happy, yummy dinners, a stuffed panda for cuteness, and a dumb/fun chip game on Snackdive. --------------------------------------------------------------- Perfect Summery Lemongrass Chicken [Lemongrass chicken in a bowl with crispy zucchini and brown rice.](=) I made this [Lemongrass Chicken](=) for dinner when we had my two brothers over this week, and wowza, I forgot how good it is! Many of us had seconds, a few of us had thirds, and there was pan-licking to get every last drop. The sauce seriously hits the spot. Itâs like a curry, but not - just fresh, light, and aromatic but in the form of a creamy lemongrass-y coconut sauce! --------------------------------------------------------------- Gochujang Burgers (For Stuffies and Humans Alike) [Stuffed panda in front of a plate of gochujang burgers and salad.](=) If you havenât yet had the kimchi bacon jam on these [Gochujang Burgers](=), NOW IS THE TIME. It is next-level good. Someone sent me a DM a few weeks ago that they made this recipe in the form of meatballs and rice, with the kimchi bacon jam on the side, and I havenât been able to stop thinking about it! --------------------------------------------------------------- Beans and Greens Tacos On Repeat [Tacos on a plate stuffed with beans and greens mixture, aji verde, fresh corn, and cilantro.]() As you may have noticed, [Iâm having a moment]( with these [Smoky Beans and Greens Tacos](). Itâs the most mindless, satisfying, flavorful veg dinner (canned beans, store-bought enchilada sauce - very SOS-friendly!). And with that bright green [Aji Verde]() all over top?
