I'd like to invite you to ..... Hi {NAME}, We are one week out from election day, so I hope everyone here has voted. That said, IF you haven't voted yet, now would be a really good time. We have a week of bad weather forecast (but thankfully rain!), so you're going to be stuck inside. It's perfect "fill-out-your-at-home-ballot weather." Also, if you're looking for something to do over the next week, I'd like to invite you to hop onto our auto-dialer. The auto-dialer will dial Democrats who have not voted (or rather, whose votes have not been officially recorded yet, so there can be a bit of a lag). The script is advocating for two people: me and the local State Assembly candidate. It is split into two halves: the northern half of CD-1 is also in Assembly District One, where Belle Starr Sandwith is challenging Megan Dahle. That's Shasta County and everything North. The southern half is also AD-3, where David Leon Zink is challenging James Gallagher. The link for CD-1/AD-1 is: [ The link for CD-1/AD-3 is: [ So grab a blanket, heat up a cup of coffee, and dial for democracy. You're not going to be talking to many radicals, but you're going to be encouraging people to vote! Even if it's just for a few minutes a day, you can make a difference! Thanks much! Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
