Here you can browse [all our recent additions on the website](. --------------------------------------------------------------- [Château Lynch-Bages] --------------------------------------------------------------- A hidden gem from an underrated yet excellent Brunello vintage has just landed at a superb price. The [2015 Villa Al Cortile Brunello di Montalcino Riserva]( boasts a 95-point score from James Suckling yet comes in at under $40. This is a classic expression of balanced Sangiovese, as the estate sources this wine from vineyards in both the cooler Montosoli zone north of Montalcino and the warmer micro-climate of Lavacchio in the southwest. Exhibiting poise and complexity that far outpace its price, the 2015 Riserva is a surefire winner for astute Italian aficionados. [Felton Road's 2021 new releases]( once again have this iconic estate perched at the pinnacle of cult-caliber New Zealand collectibles. Always notable for intense and alluring aromatics, exceptional complexity, and outstanding cellar potential, the wines deliver everything you want from this noble varietal in spades. Bearing the great honor of Tipuranga Teitei o Aotearoa, or "Grand Cru of New Zealand," Felton Road has vintage after vintage produced wines more than worthy of the title and has even garnered comparisons to DRC from some critics. Quite simply, the 2021s are must-haves for any Pinot Noir lover, but unfortunately production is quite small, so collectors would be wise to snatch these up while they have the chance. Ever since en primeur two years ago, we knew that the [2019 Lynch-Bages Pauillac]( would be a truly special rendition of this K&L-favorite château, and now the in-bottle vintage reports have confirmed our early expectations with resounding praise. Capping off a mountain of critical acclaim for this monumental achievement, Jeb Dunnuck tagged it as an example of pure 100-point perfection, and Antonio Galloni's 99-point review places it ahead of First Growths Latour, Lafite-Rothschild, and Haut-Brion, as well as Right Bank titans like Ausone and Canon. There isn't much we can say that hasn't already been said about this potential best-ever effort. It will live for decades as a shining centerpiece in any collection of Bordeaux's greatest wines.
