Our Newest Acquisitions and Returning Favorites, All In One Place... Tuesday Jun 30th, 2020 [View in Browser]( [KL-emailheader.gif]( NOTE: In accordance with local directives, our walk-in retail locations are currently closed. We have curbside pickup and low cost (often free) delivery options available in ZIP codes where we can ship lawfully, including anywhere in California. We can also include any new or existing will call orders in your delivery batch. Choose local delivery at checkout to learn if you qualify. Whether it is a new allocation or old favorite, below you will find our most recent additions to the diverse selection at K&L Wine Merchants. We receive new opportunities weekly from direct imports to local distributors to carefully inspected back-vintage collections—you'll find the best of our new discoveries below. Here is a look at our full list of [New Arrivals](. Here is our full list of items that are [Back in Stock](. Here you can browse [all our recent additions on the website](. After a few fast and furious weeks, the 2019 Bordeaux [en primeur campaign]( has drawn to a close. There are many 2019s still available at first tranche prices, so don't delay in picking up for your favorites from this universally adored vintage. We are ending June 2020 with a bang by bringing in scores of outstanding values as well as an array of top collectibles. First off, we are back with one of our top-selling white Burgundies of all time: 2017 Vignerons des Terres Secrètes Bourgogne Chardonnay "Les Préludes". Rated 96 points and priced under $13, it is a bargain buy everyone can get behind. We secured what will likely be our last parcel of this blockbuster white, so make sure to get your bottles before it's gone for good. From Italy, we have the 93-point 2015 Silla Il Piaggione Chianti Classico Riserva for just under $20. A classic Tuscan red from a heralded vintage, this 2015 deftly balances modern flair with old-world rusticity. The result is an open and expressive red with huge crowd appeal. Among the better values in Chianti, this is a smart buy no Italian enthusiast should miss. Famed Central Coast winemaker, Eric Jensen of Booker, has served up a dynamite value with his 2018 My Favorite Neighbor "Harvey & Harriet" Paso Robles Red Blend. This stunner earned a huge potential 95-point rating while remaining under the $30 mark. As Jeb Dunnuck notes, Jensen's wines "would cost 2-3 times their going rate if they were from Napa Valley." If you love big, bold reds, you'll want to add this 2018 to your shortlist. We also excited to have received in the new 2018 vintage of Domaine Faiveley Mercurey 1er Cru "Clos des Myglands". For several years running, this has been one of our best buys out of Burgundy. This 2018 is every bit as good as its predecessors, capturing all the best aspects of this excellent vintage. This is the perfect way to get your Burgundy fix while staying well within your budget. Faiveley is at the top of their game, and this bottling proves it. Also from Burgundy is a set from Domaine Thierry et Pascale Matrot Puligny-Montrachet at hugely discounted prices. We sold through an earlier parcel from this under-the-radar estate in the blink of an eye. The 2016s featured here are among the best Burgundy buys you'll find anywhere. These wines are drinking beautifully now and will also cellar nicely for another ten years or more. Deals like these are never around for long, so make sure you jump at this remarkable opportunity. Barolo enjoyed a banner year in 2016, and many of the region's best wines are coming online now. Two recent additions that warrant serious consideration are Luigi Pira "Vigna Rionda" Barolo and E. Pira Chiara Boschis "Cannubi" Barolo. Both are sublime expressions from one of the top vintages in over a decade. Available on pre-arrival, this is the perfect opportunity to secure two of the stars from this outstanding year. And for our blue-chip collectors, we have the much-celebrated 100-point 2010 Clos Saint-Jean "Sanctus Sanctorum" Chateauneuf-du-Pape. The apex of this estate's remarkable portfolio, this is a unique opportunity to own one of the most coveted wines of the region. It is also your chance to learn firsthand why Jeb Dunnuck calls it: "The greatest young wine I’ve ever tasted." Quantities are very limited, so don't ponder this one for too long.
