Will you be the first to review them? [logo]( Sunday Recipe Inspiration Batch 414 [Ultimate Sandwich Bagels]( We are tremendously passionate about recipe development at King Arthur. While we take it very seriously, we also have a lot of fun with it. Each new recipe we set our sights on is like a new puzzle to piece together. And just like with any puzzle, we feel immense satisfaction every time the last pieces of a recipe come together. We've recently puzzled together quite a few new recipes, so I'd love to introduce you to some of them this week. I hope that you'll feel inspired to bake them — perhaps in preparation for an upcoming holiday or two — and let us know what you think of them in the reviews. We genuinely do read those and use them to make improvements. The most recent recipe we've published is for these [Ultimate Sandwich Bagels]( (above). Created by our very talented and meticulous Senior Recipe Developer, Molly Marzalek-Kelly, this recipe covers every last detail of mastering the bagel-making process. Not only that, but it comes complete with a list of ingredients and instructions for making an ever-classic, ever-delicious breakfast sandwich. You really can 't go wrong baking these bagels no matter how you plan to eat them. That's true too for these [Light and Crispy Cheese Popovers](, which I'm eyeing for a stuffed breakfast sandwich of sorts. Piled with some soft, creamy scrambled eggs, I think they'd be epic. Another recipe with great breakfast potential is this one for [Sheet Pan Buttermilk Pancakes](. That's right, now you can sheet pan your pancakes and enjoy a leisurely breakfast without all the flipping. How's that for an easy, crowd-pleasing stack? Moving from breakfast to dessert (as one should), we've been going a little heavy on the chocolate over here lately. This [Chocolate Raspberry Torte]( features our Baking Sugar Alternative for a dessert with zero added sugar and loads of chocolate flavor. It's a lovely, easy but elegant dessert for just about any occasion and any lifestyle. With a similar flavor profile and a touch of heat, Dorie Greenspan's [World Peace Cookies 2.0]( are also not complicated to pull off. They're just the thing to keep in your fridge to slice and bake off when the moment moves you. Let us know if you agree! We're always eager to know about your baking experiences.
