Flatbreads All Day

The secret to winning meal planning [logo]( Sunday Recipe Inspiration Batch 396 [Garden Focaccia]( Summer is showing up in all its glory here in Vermont. Daylight is stretching from 4:30 a.m. to almost 9:00 p.m. Parks, swimming holes, and other outdoor attractions are bustling. Farms are brimming with vibrant produce. Slather them with hummus or condiment du jour and pile on the grilled veggies or meat, and you have yourself a meal. True to their name, they don't require much time or attention, but they do keep a hungry toddler busy for more minutes than I thought possible. Similarly, with a little extra time and planning, this recipe for [Whole Wheat Pita with Middle Eastern Salad]( could also entertain small hands. The salad is a nice bonus for when you just can't get to meal planning (I get that!).
