It's easy but can you start? ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ 🏁 Is Your IT Business Ready? {NAME} Maybe you can relate to this? Got a question for one of our members - where to get started with marketing? Where to focus first? I know when I first started my marketing and growth journey, there were many places I could look - it took me years to figure things out and take action. The taking action part was holding me back - I would sabotage work that I had done. Not consciously but subconsciously - I was going through the motions but not completing all the tasks - I'd do the bits I liked and were easy - the hard bits I'd avoid and give myself excuses to avoid. This self-sabotage over time can wear you down, and it's not obvious - I still deal with it to this day. If you are an IT or MSP business, I will make this clear to you - to grow your business, you need to do the following: 1) Build a hotlist of decision-makers. 2) Educate those decision-makers on your service. 3) Follow up with those decision-makers. That's the easiest path to success in growing your IT business. But actually sitting down and spending 10 hours over the course of a week to build a hotlist - many fail at this very first hurdle. Then there are the action takers - they go through all the steps of building the list and educating the list (marketing). Only then to self-sabotage on the very last piece of the process - the follow-up. Finally, we have those that succeed. Are you one of them?
