In recent years, his reputation on social media has taken a hit. However, most managed service providers (MSPs) owe their business to this man. When I heard about the recent three-part Netflix documentary on him, I decided to watch it to better understand how he lives and thinks, so I could incorporate some of his mindset into my own wealth-building strategies. The show offered a perspective different from what's been circulating on social media lately. What stood out to me was his concept of "thinking weeks," where he retreats to a log cabin with no devices, just a bag of books, to find time for deep thought. During these retreats, he processes the information he has and plans where he wants to be in five to ten years. I haven't done this exercise before, but I've learned that planning far into the future allows you to reverse-engineer your goals. For instance, if you aim to reach $10 million in your business within five years, you must identify the steps required to achieve that goal. Next week, I'll share my goals with you after some careful thinking. I'm dedicating some time to this exercise. Want to join me and share your 5-, 10-, or 20-year goals? Hit reply—I'd love to hear what you're planning. ▶️ Video Of The Week Facebook Ad Fail? I spent $1500 on Facebook ads here's some learnings👊 Video on [Facebook](. ✏️ 165 SEO Keywords for Your MSP Recent blog post I dive into 165 keywords you can use and the strategy you should be employing to identify the right keywords for your IT service website. Read it [here](. 📣 MSP Industry Shout Out Paul Croker is one of the [ITbetweeners]( he works for a company (Astrix) that helps UK based MSPs with Cyber Essentials accreditations - if you are a UK based MSP worth a chat for him. I'm alos wondering if there's someone that does similar for US based complaince and the heavy lifting? Let me know.
