The important thing in life is that you understand what's behind it! A request to you: take a quick look at this e-mail for a minute without distraction, I have put together three important tips for you and your health. But first, back to the person I really want to introduce to you: Steffi is 32 years old and she has become a close friend of mine over the last years. When I met her, it was her greatest wish to experience real joy in her life again. To spend a good time with her friends and family and to face everyday life with a lot of energy! ... as before! Because Steffi was not doing well... in terms of health and in her private life, she had already been through a lot when I got to know her. I don't want this email to be too long, but the subject is very important to me. ... That's why I'll tell you more about her journey in my next email. But I promised you that I would reveal three important tips for your health. The big secret is to see your life holistically: 1) Movement: We humans are not made to sit on a chair or a couch all day. It is important for a happy life that you exercise every day. Don't worry, it doesn't have to be a daily workout. But from now on, for example, always take the stairs instead of using the elevator and get on the bus one station later in the morning. You will find out more about this in the next e-mails. I have some tricks and tips for you and I am really looking forward to sharing them with you :-) 2) Mindset: Your mental well-being, your inner attitude, your inner motivation and joy are just as important as exercise. You can move as much as you want... when your inner life has been affected by past life experiences... A full life is often very difficult. You notice that this topic is very dear to my heart. That's because I've been able to help a lot of people who thought there was no more help for them ... By studying your past! ... I don't want to tell you too much about that today either, but rather take my time in another email :-) 3) Diet and Nutrition: The third building block for a full and holistic life is your diet. First of all, the most important things first: Healthy nutrition is easy and tasty! Almost all of the customers I accompany on their way to a healthy life are worried that a healthy diet is complicated and that they cannot incorporate it into their everyday lives ...
