Hi {NAME}, Â Today I want to talk about an important topic: Vitamin B 12 deficiency. Â I have spok

Hi {NAME},  Today I want to talk about an important topic: Vitamin B 12 deficiency.  I have spoken to many people who told me the following:  "B12 is only for vegans, I eat meat ..."⠀⠀  ... Vitamin B12 deficiency is no longer a rarity - and not just for vegans!  ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Because it is one of the vitamins that our body cannot produce on its own.  So we are dependent on regular supplies from outside.  ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And that is extremely important, because the consequences of a deficiency can be serious.  Vitamin B12 is only found in products containing animal protein.  However, a sufficient supply is in no way guaranteed by the consumption of meat or animal foods. Because the vitamin B12 utilization in the body is largely dependent on an intact intestinal flora. #happygut  Because this topic is super important, we wrote a blog post about it:  [What you can do when you have a vitamin B12 deficiency <- click](  Stay healthy and well, Julia .  .  PS.  You can find out which factors also play a role in B12 utilization in the body and how you can take action now in our latest blog post:  ["Vitamin B 12 deficiency - why vegetarians and omnivores are often affected and what you can do about it!"]( Check it out, find out more and tell us what you think.    PPS. We are happy if you like our newsletter :-) We put a lot of time and energy into each and every one of them. If this newsletter is not your cup of tea (anymore), no hard feelings.
