Hi {NAME}, there are many different ones: Deficiency symptoms... But today I would like to introduce you to the most common deficiency in our latitudes: Almost a widespread disease! Think about your everyday life and that of your family and friends. What do we do all day? We spend most of the day inside and fully dressed... For this very reason, a large number of people in Northern countries suffer from a vitamin D deficiency! With our lifestyle, this is no surprise, because there is only one way our body can fill up with a really crucial amount of vitamin D... (more on that in a moment) Now back to today's lifestyle: - Office job - movie theater - Gym - Relaxing on the couch - Weekend in the spa We automatically spend almost our entire day inside, which is difficult to change in today's world ... When I did my first vitamin D test and the results came in, I was shocked! That was 5 years ago and a lot has changed in my life since then: I have taken my health into my own hands! I studied to become a certified holistic nutritionist. And in recent years, I have been able to accompany many wonderful people on their way to a happy life full of energy and new self-confidence. That is my motivation to get up every day! A lack of vitamin D3 has many different effects on your body: - Weak immune system - Bone pain - ... and many more (more on this in the blog post) Most of my customers come to me with this question after their vitamin D test: "Are there natural ways out of a vitamin D deficiency?" The answer is obvious: soak up a lot of sun :-) But what about the sun in Northern countries, how much sun do we really need? Are there any foods that contain vitamin D? We asked ourselves exactly these questions in our team! The result is an exciting blog post on our blog that clarifies all your questions about vitamin D: [the blog post]( Stay healthy and well, Julia . . PS. Time is running out ... It is therefore particularly important to me that our information can be understood as simply and as quickly as possible! Our wonderful graphic artist has therefore created 3 infographics, which exemplify the topic of vitamin D3 deficiency. This is how you solve the vitamin D mystery in a few minutes, at one glance: [to the infographics]( PPS. We are happy if you like our newsletter :-) We put a lot of time and energy into each and every one of them. If this newsletter is not your cup of tea (anymore), no hard feelings.
