Shares in new top-quality coal company valued at almost three times current price Plus, research report says there is further substantial upside to this valuation The ASX has a new premium-coal company with outstanding growth prospects and investors would do well to buy shares in it while they are still cheap, a fresh report by equity research firm Beer & Co says. The report describes this stock as a “strong buy”, valuing it at 1.5c compared with its current price of 0.6c. The strong outlook is based on the company’s exclusive right to purchase a top-shelf anthracite project (otherwise known as premium metallurgical coal). This project was one of the original assets of Riversdale Mining before that company acquired the now-famous Mozambique coal project which led to it being taken over for $3.9 billion. The project is also being run by the original Riversdale management team, meaning it is well-known to them.
