It’s been a difficult year, and I’m thankful that Washington was able to help Dear friends

It’s been a difficult year, and I’m thankful that Washington was able to help Dear friends, I hope that you had a wonderful weekend, whether you were celebrating Christmas, or enjoying a movie day, or just spending time with family. As we approach the end of another difficult year, I’ve been reflecting on the ways that 2020 felt so much different than 2021. Having a President that is competent and capable of leading us through hard times has made a major difference. Having a Congressional majority that is actually fighting for us has been a much needed shift. The combination has created a Washington, D.C., that’s on our side instead of getting enveloped in daily scandals. Our recovery was accelerated because of essential bills passed by the Democratic Majority. Our community will feel the impact of President Biden’s Infrastructure Plan for decades. Our neighbors are safer both because of Biden’s deft handling of vaccine distribution and because our country has returned to its former prominence on the world stage. But all of this can change. We’re in danger of going back to the chaos that we all lived through during the Trump Administration if we lose the Congressional Majority in 2022. We’re just days away from the start of the new year, and we need your help right now to ensure 2022 is a step forward, not a step backward.
