Missouri is defunding all public libraries. In New Jersey, the national groups pushing these policies are recruiting school board candidates and are on the verge of taking over more district boards. Districts for Democracy is fighting to protect our kids and our schools from culture wars and censorship. Polls show that the overwhelming majority of Americans oppose book bans. When we don’t organize, Florida is a prime example of what happens when our majority fails to organize. We’re not going to make that mistake again!
