Now, when you enter a payment on an invoice, either the full or a partial amount of the total, you have the option to send proof of payment direct to your customer. Your payment receipt will automatically include: - Your company logo - The invoice number of the invoice that was paid - The date of payment - The amount paid - Any remaining balance (if partial payment was made) - A link to the original invoice Ready to give it a try? Enter payment on an invoice, click the '...More' button and select 'Send payment receipt'. Click 'Send' and the receipt is on its way!
