It has been quite a journey. At Debitoor, our aim has been to provide our users with tools to help their business thrive. Along the way, we became part of the SumUp group, a leading all-in-one solution for small business owners in Europe. But with growth comes change and unfortunately, this means that both the Debitoor web app and mobile app will be discontinued on 31/05/2022. As an alternative, we recommend checking out [SumUp](. With familiar features, it's a free option to easily continue your business invoicing. We strongly suggest exporting your data before your profile is closed on 31/05/2022. This can be done with just a few clicks by following the steps outlined in [this tutorial](. You will have until 30/11/2022 to export your data. After this all personal data that we process on behalf of you under the agreed DPA, will be deleted. We will retain data for a longer period only if we need to comply with applicable legal retention requirements. You can learn more about the closure of Debitoor by reading our FAQs on the following page.
