Now further to this, and in relation to our Brexit related preparations, we will also transfer your relationship to Debitoor Ireland Limited. Therefore, as of January 1st 2021, you will become a party to the Terms and Conditions of Debitoor Ireland (including to any Data Processing Agreements and any additional terms incorporated thereto). This won't have any significant effect on your rights under the current Terms and Conditions, as the Terms and Conditions of Debitoor Ireland are identical, except for the following differences: ● Debitoor Ireland Limited is the entity party to the Terms; ● The Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland; ● The Courts of the Republic of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute concerning the Terms and Conditions and/or their subject matter. Debitoor Ireland will be the controller for your personal data. What do you need to do? No action is required on your side. If you continue to use any of our services after January 1st 2021, you’ll be confirming that you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Debitoor Ireland.
