Here’s what I mean… Let’s say I wanted to add more copywriters to my list… Which one of these lead magnets do you think would attract higher-quality buyers? Option A: "Make $5k a month as a copywriter" Or… Option B: “Sizzling opening lines for email copy” Both are appealing. But they will appeal to very different people. Because although the "make $5k a month" lead magnet will definitely work… It will only put a lot of newbies and biz-opp seekers on your list (looking for an easy way to make some quick cash). Whereas Option B will appeal to fewer people. However… Option B will appeal to more people with money who are committed. This means more established, working copywriters looking to level up their skills (maybe even some marketing directors and business owners, too.) These are the kind of people you want on your list. Because not only do they have money… But they’re also committed to being a copywriter (or a business owner). They won’t be hopping around to sell real estate next month... Or switching to Amazon FBA in a few months. They’ll be writing copy and buying copywriting-related courses for a long time. Which is exactly what you want. You want people serious about whatever it is you're selling (could be golf, could be playing guitar, could be getting in shape)... And you want them to have money. If you have those two things… You have the winning recipe for a profitable email list. Now if building your own profitable email list is something you want to learn more about… [You should definitely check out this FREE 17-page List Building Blueprint my friend Justin Goff has put together.]( Because inside he breaks down exactly how he built a list of 38,000 in the fitness space… A list of 290,000 people in the health space… And how he made $1.6 million from his current list in 2022. So if you ask me… Justin is the #1 guy to learn from when it comes to building a profitable email list full of PMWs (people with money) even if no one knows who you are. Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
