Just 5 words, repeated twice over, that could just change your life… ‌ ‌ ‌ ?

Just 5 words, repeated twice over, that could just change your life… ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ Progress is a funny thing… A couple of days ago, I sent the “Waitlisters” for our Email Copy Coaching program an email that shared my own progress. The subject line was: “300,715 down, 699,285 to go” Those numbers? The total number of meters I’ve rowed on my Hydrow home-rowing machine in 2022. So far, I’m up to 300,715. But my goal is 1,000,000. That leaves 699,285 to go. You see… My original goal was to decrease my body fat percentage and reduce body inflammation (from chronic back pain) through 2 mediums; rowing & a new lifestyle eating change. And as of that email… I’m down 34.8 pounds. And here’s where it gets better… I’ve been humbled by the reminder that “the more progress you make, the more progress you make.” (This is my new quote of the month.) A simple statement, yes, BUT… It’s the exact same sentiment as these statements you may have heard before: “Everything changes when everything changes.” “Nothing changes when nothing changes.” See the parallelism? Of course, you do. Here’s why progress is a funny thing: The more progress I’ve made with my fat loss and fitness goals, the more inspired I am to keep that momentum & progress train hummin’ along. For example: Just yesterday, I invested in a Garmin scale that connects with my Garmin heart rate monitor watch, so I can get maximum feedback on my fat loss progress… And after that… I invested in the “Knees Over Toes Guys” program because I’ve noticed that my knees are my current weak point, which prevents me from rowing more meters each week… Because again… The more progress you make… The more progress you make… That leads us to today’s email: If you’re making progress – OR lacking progress – in your email copywriting journey, then it’s time for you to consider our Email Copy Coaching program. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
