Hello, friends! This spring is very productive for us – we’ve rolled out several new updates and improvements and are going to tell you about them. 1. You can now receive notifications each time a new visitor lands on your website, so there’s no need to keep an eye on the list all the time. You can enable this option in the “[Visitors online]( list (at the bottom of the page), and also select a different notification sound. 2. We now have our own emoji picker in Chatra. Agents can see and use the whole list of emojis, and visitors can choose from 21 most popular ones. Please note that our emoji picker is not available on mobile devices (but you can still use emojis available in your mobile keyboard) 3. It’s now possible to automatically forward chat transcripts to your customers. If you enable this option in the [settings]( each customer will receive a full conversation transcript to their email address once the conversation is over. 4. We changed the design of the agent dashboard a little: - Added country flags to the the “[Visitors online]( list. - When you open an empty chat (from the visitors online list or by clicking on a notification), you’ll see where your visitor is located. - You can see who sent the latest message in the conversations list: you, another agent or the visitor. Let us know what you think about our updates and spread the word! Chat soon! Yours, Yaakov and the Chatra Team Roger Wilco LLC, 2200 Clarendon Blvd., Suite 1400A, Arlington, VA 22201 [unsubscribe](

Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
