Hello, friends! We have some exciting news for you today! Our most requested feature of all time is finally here: Chatbot The chatbot can interact with your website visitors through a sequence of pre-defined answers called “scenarios”. It can decrease the load on your team by providing automatic replies to frequently asked questions or collect information about visitors’ needs before they are connected to human agents. The bot scenarios can be created in a [visual editor]( and launched via [automatic triggers](. Go on and see it in action on [our website](. Team Chat But that’s not all. Since a lot of people are forced to work remotely now, we wanted to make team communication easier and launched team chat. It can be accessed from the [Team chat]( tab in the Chatra dashboard. By default, there are two channels: #General and #Random, where all agents are added automatically. Agents can join or leave channels and mute notifications from certain channels, and Admins can create new channels and manage the existing ones. Both new features are available in the paid plan only. If you are using a free version and would like to give it a try, message us and we’ll restart your free trial. What do you think about our updates? Hit “reply” and let us know! Cheers, Yaakov and the Chatra team Roger Wilco LLC, 2200 Clarendon Blvd., Suite 1400A, Arlington, VA 22201 [unsubscribe](
