Hi there! The spring is finally here, and the nature is starting to wake up from the long winter sleep. We however didn’t hibernate and would like to share our updates with you: 1. You can now export a list of visitor emails and some other data from Chatra into a CSV file. Upload it into Mailchimp or other email marketing platform to grow your newsletter subscribers. You can do it in Reports → [Emails export]( tab: 2. You can now format text in messages, pre-chat form, widget texts and saved replies or use links with custom anchor text . Make the text *bold* or _italic_, add fragments of `code` or even whole ```code blocks```. A link with custom text can be created like this: [link text](link address). For example: [Chatra]( will become a link [Chatra](. 3. We released an [integration]( with the Front app. [Front]( is a useful tool for handling multiple communication channels (email, live chat, social media, etc.) in one dashboard. Our integration allows you to receive messages from Chatra into Front and reply from there. The dialogue in Chatra will be updated in real time. Lastly, we would like to remind you of the “[Visitors online]( feature that allows you to see the real-time list of online visitors on your website and initiate a conversation manually. We strongly recommend to give it a try (if you haven’t tested it yet). Hope you liked our updates. Let us know what you think about the new features and spread the word! Chat soon! Yours, Yaakov and the Chatra Team Roger Wilco LLC, 2200 Clarendon Blvd., Suite 1400A, Arlington, VA 22201 [unsubscribe](

Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
