Hi there, You signed up for Chatra a couple of days back but I noticed that we haven't received any chats from your website yet, which means one of two things: 1. Something went wrong during installation of the Chatra widget on your site OR 2. You haven't installed the widget yet Either way, I want to offer my help. My name is Maria, and I'm the Support Captain here for Chatra live chat software. If you had some difficulty with installation, I'd love to personally help you figure out the problem. If you just haven't gotten around to it yet, we have a short and clear use and installation guide, which you can check out here - [chatra.io/help/]. If you simply plan to start using Chatra at a later date, we'll be happy to grant you another free trial when it's more convenient for you. If that's not the case, and the software just wasn't what you were looking for, please let me know - it's very important for us to build a product that is really useful, and feedback will inform the direction we take in the future. Thank you, Maria and the Chatra team [chatra.io] Roger Wilco LLC, 2200 Clarendon Blvd., Suite 1400A, Arlington, VA 22201 If you wish to stop receiving such emails from us, simply click [here]

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
