Hi {NAME}, It’s a summer Friday, so I’ll be quick! Our campaign to bring clean water and good health to 38,000 people in Sierra Leone ends today. Donating will only take a few minutes, but the impact of your generosity can last a lifetime. I’m thinking specifically of a mother named Mamie who our team met earlier this year. At the time, her only sources of drinking water were rainwater and a contaminated river. She worried constantly about her son and his health. When she imagined getting clean water, she said, “It will be the happiest day in my life until I die.” Because of supporters like you, clean water arrived for Mamie’s family in April 2023. And no surprise, the relief and happiness were overwhelming. This month, we’ve seen people take the opportunity to bring that same health, happiness, and relief to 38,000 more people like Mamie. Every $40 helps bring clean water to one person, while $240 helps bring clean water to a family of six. Any amount donated before midnight tonight will be transformative for people, as 100% goes directly to help those in Sierra Leone.
