- Lipo or plastic surgery might kickstart your journey, but you still need muscle. I decided to focus on my shoulders a couple of years ago. I wanted more symmetry, and I knew I had to change things up. I hired a trainer. I added an extra day of arms in the gym. I vowed to lift heavy, and with really good form. And it worked!
