Apple Announces New Watch and iPad Models, Releases iOS 14

The consumer technology giant unveiled an updated iPad Air that comes in several cool colors and a more powerful 8th-generation iPad. Also revealed were the Apple Watch Series 6 and new lower-cost Apple Watch SE models. On the services side, Apple is jumping into the on-demand home fitness industry with Apple Fitness+, which will launch before the end of 2020 and offer workout videos with tight integration to metrics provided by a user's Apple Watch. Running, cycling, dance, HIIT, and other workout video types will be available. Fitness+ will cost $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year. Also introduced was Apple One, a new bundle offering to combine multiple services for individuals and families at lower prices than each service individually. Available in the fall, users can subscribe to Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, Apple News+, Apple Fitness+, and iCloud storage in bundles at varying levels and price points. Surprisingly, Apple also announced that the release of iOS 14 would come the day after the event, and it's now available worldwide for download. iOS 14 has a ton of new and very welcome features.
